Atria Consulting Ltd, in its capacity as a independent sales & marketing broker, has a contractual obligation with ED&F Man Capital Markets never to disclose its clients' names. This can be particularly sensitive for shipping companies and shipowners to maintain their confidentiality for competition (among others) reasons.

In turn, ED&F Man Capital Markets is legally obliged by UK's financial regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (previously known as Financial Services Authority) to not disclose its clientele for marketing or any other reasons. Although this can cause some problems on marketing and advertising our services, we rely on the quality of our service to receive recommendations from our existing clientele.

In our capacity as a financial and risk management advisory, we are bound by our code of conduct:
