Konstantinos Danikas, CTP,  studied Accounting and Finance and read Investment Analysis for his postgraduate studies in the UK. Until his repatriation to Greece in 2011, he spent his entire career in London, starting in 1998, where he worked as a credit officer for a number of international institutions such as Intesa-SanPaolo, Sumitomo Trust & Banking Corp and ABN Amro (UK).

In 2006, he got involved with Exotic Commodity Derivatives, when he setup the OTC clearing desk for freight derivatives at UBS AG.

Since then, he has developed an additional expertise on OTC Cleared commodity derivatives and all the recent regulatory changes that affect the market for these derivatives such as EMIR, Basell III, MiFiD I & II, Dodd-Frank and CASS rules.

In January 2015 he qualified as a Certified Treasury Professional.
